Merchant invoices versus platform billing.

Merchant invoices and payments live under Merchant / Billing for customer money movement.

Platform plan billing is separate from merchant invoices. A pending order is not revenue.

Card data is never stored in Elanvo — only confirmed payment records and refunds.
